Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Plan and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including search engine marketing, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns, including bid management, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community management, and paid social advertising.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, email design, and A/B testing.
Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
