Hey there, we’re a young & fun brand with the sole aim of challenging the underwear status quo. We’re a small team trying to find our niche in this humongous space that is full of black & white undies. & we’re looking to hire someone who can be a part of our core team of undie enthusiasts. Looking for only in-office roles in Ahmedabad.
You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimisation of the entire digital marketing strategy in a given month while working with our internal team closely. The primary focus will be on driving brand awareness and optimising the presence and usage of all channels of marketing, while also keeping analytics at the core of it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop and execute engaging content for digital channels that resonates with the brand’s target audience. This covers ads, social media, and everything that we do.
• Working closely with the internal team to drive Influencer Marketing as a channel to drive awareness and sales.
• Conduct periodic analysis of social media performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce, and apply this knowledge to continually improve the brand’s digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling copy for digital channels.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to stay ahead of the curve.
