Job title : Digital Marketing - Executive
Place of Work : Chembur, Mumbai
Salary Range : As per Industry Standards
Description of Company
We, Meraki Habitats LLP specialize in developing housing complexes. In the last 16 years we have successfully completed and delivered 8 projects covering an area of approx. 7,00,000 sq.ft of construction area worth 800 crores all across Mumbai. We are developing three luxurious projects in chembur approx. 11,00,000 sq.ft area.
Roles & Responsibilites :
1. Prepare and deliver appropriate digital presentations on products and amenities.
2. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
3. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and evaluate customer needs
4. Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and designing innovative communication strategies to generate leads across potential market segments.
5. Copywriting social media posts, reviews, opinion pieces and web content, web page (All social media).
6. Create & update external marketing collaterals including brochures, sales documents, pamphlets, etc.
7. Preparing and editing organizational publications, including newsletters, if any.
8. Undertake branding and redesigning of marketing collaterals.
Key Skills:
Good communication skills.
Past dealt in Luxury Sales.
Very Good Presentation skills and Interpersonal Skills
