Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram, and native content marketing platforms. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on search and social advertising. The candidate should be able to work independently, possess good communication skills and be willing to work during US work hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze data to optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Write campaign text independently that is persuasive, engaging and relevant to the target audience.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop visually appealing ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing ads and landing pages.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the digital marketing industry.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Precise and regular report generation, report template creation
Desired Candidate Profile
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on search and social advertising.
• In-depth, hands-on experience of Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram ads platforms.
• Good keyword research capabilities.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and SEO techniques.
• Ability to write campaign text independently that is persuasive, engaging and relevant to the target audience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to work during US work hours.
Candidates with the following skills will be preferred
• Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms.
• Experience with other digital marketing channels such as email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
