Job Description:
• Implement and evaluate new product launches in international markets.
• Updating and sharing the records of ongoing marketing activities. These include but are not limited to updating campaign details, monthly expenses, media bill approvals, keeping track of promotion and assets,
• Coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and collaborate with the concerned team(s) to implement new campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative agency and media agency for execution of TVCs, radio, and other media deliverables.
• Coordinate with the creative agency by briefing them on the marketing requirement and getting it executed.
• Coordinate with digital agencies and media houses to manage digital media, websites, and other online branding mediums of the company.
• Managing the company's social media accounts, and websites. Connecting with the influencers on social media representing the company.
• Implement plans for the brand, customer experience, and brand loyalty to drive the organization's brand awareness.
• Manage all marketing/ branding positions including delegation, review of work, professional development, and performance management.
• Oversee driving the change in product profile and the increasing presence of Vadilal products.
• Conduct research to identify various brand & customer needs.
• Present and execute creative ideas for marketing activities.
• Help develop and optimize marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion).
• Track budgets with an eye toward maximizing gains and reducing costs.
• Analyse industry, competition, and market trends.
• Prepare reports on brand performance and sales.
• Any other job that is assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills especially the ability to work with cross-departments to achieve desired results.
• Understanding of consumer needs and behavior.
• Strong analytical ability to analyze data, develop insights, etc.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented and result-driven partnered with a creative mindset.
• Good command in MS Word & MS PowerPoint.
• Must have done 80 % of Digital Marketing activities along with ATL/BTL activities.
• Candidate should be familiar with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience in the International Market in FMCG in terms of Branding would be the additional advantag.
Other requirements:
• Ready to sign a bond for 3 years.
• Open to work from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Salary: Open to Negotiation.
