Job Description
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities
- Manage digital channel performance, including paid and organic search, paid social, programmatic advertising and our website to drive quality traffic within a specified budget and in line with broader marketing campaigns.
- Track, report and make recommendations on all activities, using data to optimise campaign and channel performance through monthly reports continually.
- Provide detailed reports on lead funnel performance, including inbound leads, MQLS, SLQ, opportunities and closed deals by audience type, geography and channel/campaign source with recommendations on where to invest more or fewer resources/budget.
- Complete ownership of link tracking, channel and campaign attribution and ROI reporting
- Management of the websites.
- Reviewing and maintaining the site performance, and visibility, working with our web developer and web designer to refine the site performance, UX and visitor conversion rates.
- Work with our SEO agency to define and implement the SEO strategy for different target audiences and actively manage the company’s page authority, domain authority, backlinks and content recommendations.
- Take ownership of the sales and marketing CRM to optimise data standards, campaign setup, audience segmentation, lead capture, nurture and conversion
• - Act as project lead for any digital project such as web development, marketing automation, database updates, prospecting data collection, data enrichment etc.
Qualifications and skills
- At least 2-3 years' experience in the digital marketing space
- Significant experience in growth marketing disciplines including experience in paid performance marketing, SEO and website CRO with impactful results (lead and opportunity creation, conversion rates, and closed won business)
- A deep understanding of customer behavior and how digital marketing should be optimised to contribute to growth goals and conversion through the user funnel
- Proficiency with quantitative and data visualisation tools to extract insights, including multi-touch attribution, marketing automation, A/B testing and beyond
- In-depth experience in WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics (3 and 4), Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords
- Deep knowledge of optimising paid social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
- Highly collaborative, and can align with a range of stakeholders across commercial and product teams
- Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
