Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Wednesday, you will be responsible for executing paid marketing campaigns, growth hacking strategies, and creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand. You will work closely with the delivery teams to identify opportunities to promote our services and build our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Social Media: Develop and execute paid social media campaigns on various platforms to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic
• Building Awareness: Create strategies with the team, to build high brand awareness in the market
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize and improve results
Requirements:
• Previous experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social media and paid marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and proficiency in using ad campaign tools
• Graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe suite, Figma, Canva, etc
• It will be an added advantage if the candidate has knowledge of building with Webflow
• Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of marketing campaigns
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of web design and development is an added advantage
