• Graduate Roles & responsibilities Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, alongside building LinkedIN outreach.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to produce impactful social-first campaigns, as well as providing direction to and managing external creative agency and production partners. Writing, producing, commissioning, and publishing timely content across a range of mediums, including video. Coming up with content ideas that are relevant for clients and interesting for customers.
Measuring the success of every social campaign with a deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis, balanced with driving new audience growth.
Utilizing industry and customer insights to inform strategies and be an expert on social trends and new and emerging platforms.
To create and run ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other programmatic platforms. Managing the efficient deployment of budget aligned to overall goals. Required Candidate profile.
Required Candidate profile 2-3 years of experience working with social media channels and working on creative and innovative social media campaigns Basic skills in content creation and copywriting Updated on current social trends and campaigns.
Experience in handling different client pages and social marketing Active experience in handling digital marketing comms, conducting creative experiments, etc.

Have a good understanding and execution expertise with digital paid media:
SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Video, and Display campaigns focusing on conversion. events like website conversion or in-app events Good knowledge of how Facebook and Google ads work In-depth knowledge of setting audiences for various clients
