• Maintain brand image by answering customers queries.
• Keying in the potential leads to the CRM system
• Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social platforms and highlight the same to the management through regular reports.
• Promptly respond to our brand audiences within a specified turn-around time thus making the user journey with our brand worthwhile.
• Maintaining a database of queries handled and leads received on a daily basis.
• Ensure participation in all team reviews and meetings.
• Ensure adherence to the 4 pillars of holistic health and maintain a healthy lifestyle and remain fit.
• Promote the brand value and the vision of the Company in all interactions.
