Your main responsibilities will include:
• Assist in the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and paid advertising
• Manage social media channels
• Assist in creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns for the various types of content noted above
• Coordinate with the team of designers and content writers in researching, copywriting, and analyzing various types of content such as social media posts, blogs, advertising captions, landing pages, and emails
• Responsible for reporting the performance of all digital and content marketing campaigns
• Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks
About You
You may be a good fit for this role if…
• You have 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the business-to-business (Ecommerce) sector, tech industry, and/or a related field
• You have experience working at a marketing agency
• You can identify and understand big-picture ideas as well as the granular details (your friends say you’re always the one to find a typo)
• You’re tech-savvy and like to stay in the know with the latest digital trends and technology
• You have used (and like to use) digital and marketing technology tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and WordPress
• You have experience in setting up, using, and optimizing Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and social media tracking codes for advertising and websites
• You have experience with paid advertising on social media platforms and Google
• You are a collaborative spirit and focus on community with intellectual curiosity and analytical strength
• Using digital tools and programs to create engaging Digital Advertisements - Google Adwords & Facebook Business Manager
• Responsible for delivering outstanding marketing, advertising, and promotions - end-to-end operational executions.
• A go-to person — you will be expected to support the team for client operations in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Understanding team requirements, creating & executing solutions to achieve goals.
• Exercising Quality Control — focusing on improving the quality of all execution tasks and demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness.
• Planner & Organizer - you will be handling multiple requests daily and will be expected to take timely decisions for prioritization of tasks.

• Be willing to undertake assignments outside the general job description, which might include such things as participation in process design, special pieces of training, and other requirements as needed
