Duties and Responsibilities
Social media marketing:
• Responsible for implementing comprehensive social media strategies, engaging with customers on social networks, fostering the adoption of social media tools, writing blog posts, monitoring the Internet for related topics, generating leads, and reporting to the upper management.
• Identify trends and insights in the social media landscape to optimize strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others. Monitor ad performance. Adjust strategies and optimize for conversions.
• To enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive online growth.
Web page Development:
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web pages.
• Ensure website content is up to date, engaging and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Implement website improvements and enhancements.
Content Creation:
• Develop engaging, relevant, and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and info graphics.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for posts. Write captivating captions, headlines, and descriptions to accompany posts.
Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain our social media platforms, creating compelling content, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of our campaign
• Manage and update social media profiles and pages, maintain a consistent posting schedule. Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests. Monitor and analyze campaign performance
• Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Reporting & Coordinating with HO on daily basis.
Professional Skills
• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript etc
• Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal etc
• Ability to create web pages that work seamlessly on various devices.
• Knowledge of SEO techniques and best practices
• Understanding of UX and UI design principles
• Graphic Design skills
• Familiarity with web hosting services and website maintenance procedures
• Maintain a high standard of the corporate culture.
• Good English Communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred industry background & Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in digital marketing, web page development or a related field
• Experience with digital advertising tools and web analytics tools
• Salary negotiable
