Strategy and Planning: 20%
a. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
b. Conducting market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and trends.
c. Creating marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead
generation, and customer acquisition.
Campaign Management: 25%
a. Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
b. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
c. Collaborating with creative teams and content creators to develop compelling and engaging marketing assets.
Analytics and Reporting: 15%
a. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
b. Generating reports and providing insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion rates.
c. Identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
Website and SEO Management: 15%
a. Overseeing website optimization for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).
b. Conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities.
c. Monitoring website performance, traffic, and conversions.
Budgeting and Resource Management: 10%
a. Planning and allocating budgets for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
b. Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
c. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation.
8. Team Collaboration and Management: 10%
a. Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, content creators, and copywriters.
b. Providing guidance and support to team members.
c. Conducting performance evaluations and professional development for team members.
Emerging Trends and Continuous Learning: 5%
a. Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
b. Attending industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions.
