Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, email, and websites.
Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to engage with our audience, promote hospital services, and share relevant content.
Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and interactive media.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Optimize digital marketing campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeted advertising to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and medical staff to develop digital content and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Manage email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Monitor online reviews and respond to patient feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain digital marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
