Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on LinkedIn marketing and lead generation, as well as experience with other digital marketing channels. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to create campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads.
Responsibilities:
-LinkedIn Marketing:
• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn profile and presence.
• Create and share engaging content on LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and updates.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and industry influencers.
• Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
-Lead Generation:
• Implement lead generation strategies across various digital channels.
• Use marketing automation tools to capture, nurture, and qualify leads.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage prospects.
• Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Content Marketing: Create compelling content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
-Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
-Analytics and Reporting: Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic and user behavior.
-Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
-Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Education: BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA (Must be completed)
Experience: 6 Months to 1.5 years with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
Experience in the IT development industry is a plus.
Skills:
-Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
-Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
