Job Description: We're seeking a dedicated Unit Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination for digital marketing activities.
Responsibilities
• To coordinate digital marketing activities with unit and marketing heads, doctors, patients, and operations team
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all teams involved in digital marketing activities
• Coordinate with marketing heads and other important stake holders to gather digital requirements which needs to be promoted on social media channels
• Coordinate with doctors and patients to shoot testimonials and photos
• Coordinate with consultants for shooting doctor talks
• Collaborate with the cameramen's, doctors and higher management to organize schedule shoots as per the plan
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
