Digital Marketing Executive

Duration - Full time
Work Mode: In-office
Time & Days: Mon-Fri (alternate Saturdays working)
Package: 3.5 - 4.2 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, etc.) aligned with client goals.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI to clients.
• Managing multiple e-commerce marketplace ad campaigns.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in paid advertising and digital marketing.
● Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid advertising campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
● Excellent project management and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Experience working with various industries and brands is a plus.
