Job Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join Aero Armour’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in launching and managing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. This role will play a key part in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation through strategic ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Ads Management:
• Plan, create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Perform A/B testing on ads to improve conversion rates and reduce costs.
• Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting for optimal results.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales.
• Identify target audiences and create compelling ad copy, graphics, and videos in coordination with the design team.
• Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
• SEO & SEM:
• Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in organic and paid search.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics platforms.
• Analyse campaign data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for the management team, highlighting key metrics, KPIs, and ROI.
• Content & Social Media Marketing:
• Assist in creating content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and website updates.
• Manage the company’s social media profiles and update content to align with current marketing initiatives.
• Email Marketing & Automation:
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote new products or services.
• Set up marketing automation flows for customer retention and re-engagement.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising.
• Analyse competitor marketing strategies and suggest ways to improve Aero Armour’s online presence.
