The candidate shall possess strong website analytics, search engine optimization and white-hat practices for maintaining and elevating search engine discoverability of online assets of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Expert in SEO / Website Optimization tactics
Monitor Organic Search performance of our website and top competitors on frequent basis
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Conduct and optimize both On-page and Off-page activities
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Cleanup website performance leakages and optimize the website for maximum efficiency and engagement
Work with Creative Team to craft meaningful, engaging and result oriented pages for customer acquisition
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Constant evaluation of competitor analysis, and competitive positions of website in search engines and organic traffic
Analyze data and develop reports to evaluate website and campaign progress with recurring SEO performance reports
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
Design and lead A/B testing techniques for web pages for better performance
Must be able to drive the results through white-hat SEO tactics and online marketing
Qualification
3 Years experience as SEO + Webmaster
Deep understanding of critical SEO analytics and research platforms (e.g. Google & Bing Webmaster Tool, Google Analytics, Google Adwords Keyword Tool etc.)
Must be Self-initiator and pro-active
Must have knowledge of managing websites through Wordpress and basic Web technologies
Must have a sound knowledge of technology, creativeness and analytical thinking
