Job Description
Simulations Public Affairs Pvt Ltd, a pioneer in Public Relations and Reputation Management, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Media Marketing Executive to join our innovative Digital team. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc.
• Analyze and assess performance metrics with the help of online tools to optimize marketing campaigns
• Conceptualize and innovate industry-specific marketing strategies, translating them into engaging visuals using creative design tools.
• Utilize a blend of online and offline marketing techniques to drive traction and engagement on client profiles or business pages.
• Plan and execute both organic and paid campaigns across diverse platforms to achieve desired objectives.
• Actively participate in both in-person and remote client meetings, understanding their requirements and aligning marketing efforts accordingly.
• Contribute to new business development efforts by attending meetings and assisting in the creation of marketing collaterals and proposals.
• Extend marketing efforts beyond social media, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and influencer marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• Strong grasp of marketing tools and methodologies to lead digital campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively to clients and team members.
• Proficient project management abilities to handle time-sensitive projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects, Corel Draw (proficiency is a plus).
• Competence in content tools like PowerPoint, MS Word & Excel, Chat GPT, Grammarly Gemini, MS Copilot, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing; agency experience will be advantageous.
• Physical proximity within the city of Ahmedabad is required as this is an onsite opportunity.
• Solid proficiency in web analytics and ad serving tools.
