Do you live and breathe social media (with healthy boundaries, of course) and constantly analyze brands to see how you could draw inspiration from them or do it better? Does your brain take the most random of thoughts and turn them into potential campaigns / content ideas?
We are looking for a new face to join us as a Digital Marketing Executive and be the next Foodstar on our team! They would handle digital and on-ground marketing activations across all our brands in India. They would report to our Head of Branding and Content to assist with voicing the Foodsta Journey to showcase to the world.
Key responsibilities:
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and schedule content
• Hold responsibility for all social media calendars from fleshing them out to ensuring everything is uploaded in a timely manner
• Bring a distinct, fresh and creative voice that compliments our brands
• Question every brief and idea to find room for improvement or a way to align it better to project goals.
• Conducting thorough research on subject matters when required
• Be a sharp set of eyes and ears in the market to manage our social listening vertical
• Be a part of our CRM team to provide input and assistance with running campaigns, generating reports, and analyzing them to help optimize strategies.
• Generate weekly and monthly insight reports to keep tabs on the results of our marketing efforts
• Assist with on-ground activations in-store for marketing events, launches, collaborations etc.
You would be a good fit if you:
• Know your way around online platforms such as Instagram, Meta, Google and their various tools/features
• Have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and are able to identify and adapt the latest trends to fit a brand’s voice
• Are good with numbers, generating, and understanding insights to propose ways to optimize the social media strategy of each brand
• Are able to adapt to brand standards but also have the confidence to voice your original thoughts - We love hearing fresh ideas!
• Good time management and organizational skills
• An effective communicator with the ability to work in fast-paced environment
Other Notes:
• This is a full-time position based out of our office in Kudlu Gate, Bangalore, India - We work in a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck environment and hence do not have a WFH or hybrid work policy.
