Job Description
Key Accountabilities (not necessarily in priority order):
Plan, execute, measure and evaluate end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of audiences and platforms – leveraging both the latest digital best practice and creative thinking to drive engagement and performance.
Own channel management activities including advocacy and adoption of our social media and digital marketing tech stack, customer service and channel housekeeping Month/year (update the revision date)
Run comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across both organic and paid channels – including PPC and affiliate marketing – using SEO insight to optimise content accordingly
General:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing strategy.
Conduct regular audits of the company's digital marketing efforts and course correct as necessary. • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure that our marketing efforts remain effective.
Website:
Understand basics of website development and management on multiple platforms and communicate with vendors
Manage content updates and improvements to the company's website.
Conduct regular SEO audits and make recommendations for improvement.
Optimize website performance metrics such as page speed, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
Manage any micro-websites and landing pages that the company may have.
Social Media:
Plan monthly content calendars for all relevant social media channels.
Create engaging social media content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Regularly review social media performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across various digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and track ROI.
Continuously test and iterate on campaign strategies to improve results.
Company's Digital Presence:
Conduct quarterly digital audits to evaluate the company's overall digital presence.
Curate the company's presence on third-party websites such as Quora, forums, and review sites.
Manage online listings such as Google My Business, Glassdoor, and other relevant directories.
Content Generation and Management:
Develop content for various digital channels such as blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts.
Manage the company's content calendar and ensure that all content is aligned with the company's overall messaging and brand.
Optimize content for SEO and other relevant performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to gather information and insights for content development.
Work with vendors and freelancers to meet the Digital marketing KPIs for corporate and other departments.
Essential:
Exceptional communication and English language verbal/written skills
Strong desktop skills especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to execute campaigns on social media – LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook and all email marketing platforms used by the company
A disciplined work ethic and a proactive approach with respect to ideas and initiatives
A keen and quick learner looking to become an integral member of the team
Strong Data Analysis capabilities: Iinterpret website, social media and marketing data to gauge success of a campaign and communicate meaningful results
Ability to turn information into intelligence and thereon to action
Desirable:
Basics of coding and marketing automation
Basic video shooting and video editing skills
Graphic design and content writing

What success looks like:
The person in this position will be responsible for implementing the Digital aspect of the Marketing and Public Relations strategy for the Company.
The role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders and agencies (PR, Website development and maintenance, Design, Event, Market Research and Social Media) in India and UK to ensure that the comapny is represented in traditional, web and social media.
