Digital Marketing Executive

Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. As a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager, you will be responsible for driving online visibility, brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through various digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and provide insights to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.

Job Description for Digital Marketing Professional:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.

2. Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and leverage findings to enhance digital marketing strategies.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as content writers, designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize user experience.

6. Manage and optimize website content and landing pages to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates.

7. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email template creation, and performance tracking.

8. Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with the online community to foster brand loyalty and drive customer engagement.

+. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

10. Provide regular reports and presentations on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

· Proven track record of at least 3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution.

· Strong knowledge and experience in utilizing digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, email marketing platforms, etc.

· In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and results effectively.

· Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

· Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements (Essentials):

· Any degree with relevant experience in ISP /Telecom preferably

· Excellent Marketing skills.
