Duties and responsibilities
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategyManage the strategyManage and train the rest of the teamStay up to date with the latest technology and best practicesManage all digital marketing channelsPrepare and manage a digital marketing budget
Oversee all the company's social media accountsManage and improve online content, considering SMM, SEO and Google AnalyticsBuild an inbound marketing planForecast sales performance trendsMotivate the digital marketing team to achieve goalsMonitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements and skills
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practicesExperience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEMWorking knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)Skills and experience in creative content writingAnalytical mindset and critical thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
