About the Role :
As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin the company’s CSR objectives. You will also be responsible for raising awareness of company’s commitment to CSR and generating positivity around the organization’s welfare activities. You will work on branding strategies for amplification of CSR initiatives.
The role will report directly to the AVP CSR and Marketing.
OPPORTUNITITES:
Communication and Media Strategy :
• Drive, recommend and execute new approaches to deliver communications in more efficient and effective way.
• Develop a storyline for projects and ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand, brainstorm and come out with ideas to spread awareness about the causes supported by CSR.
• Engage with global CSR team to collaboratively publish annual report.
• Responsible for publishing quarterly & yearly CSR magazine.
• Develop leadership messaging related to CSR projects or events.
• Liaising with graphic design team internally/externally for development of copy/content, creative management of campaigns, etc.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content on a regular basis (e.g. blogs, videos) about the project progress while coordinating with respective stakeholder.
• Update our CSR Webpages with current data, pictures and ensure receipt of a good coverage and visibility to all stakeholders.
• Visit to projects sites to curate stories specific to Beneficiaries project we support and involve in publishing of content for Videos for various CSR Topics.
Branding :
• Undertake brand visibility programs to sustain Temenos brand as a socially responsible corporate citizen.
• Create high level designs for posters/graphics and coordinate with Graphic team to obtain the creatives for organization wide communication.
• Engage with stakeholders and respond to communication related queries in a timely manner and monitor responses.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like contests, campaigns, hackathon, and tech events.
Volunteer engagement :
• Promote employee engagement and drive volunteerism across the organization.
• Support in planning Volunteer engagement activities and implementation.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and record Volunteering Initiatives with Associates
Essential Skills and Qualities:
• A master’s degree in marketing with an excellent academic track record.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively synthesize and present information to reach diverse audience, with appropriate degree of diplomacy and persuasion
• Understanding society needs and ability to curate Projects in line with the focus areas.
• Site Visits and Documentations
• Coordination and Liaison with the stakeholders including Communities, Beneficiaries, Authorities.
• Strong writing skills - able to quickly and effectively write media collateral, emails, and reports.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation skills and working knowledge of social media tools.
• Ability to clearly convey complex ideas in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences across multiple channels and forums
