Description
Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is looking for a passionate, creative, and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to raise awareness of the LSC's presence, e-learning programs and services among key stakeholders in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the LSC's overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Manage the LSC's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring and responding to comments and messages including escalating messages as and when required.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote LSC programs, events, and resources and prepare and report daily. (reach/impression)
• Design and maintain engaging content for the LSC website, ensuring it is up-to-date and informative, and periodically change the content to improve the traffic to the site.
• Utilize search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve the LSC website's ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs) – a demonstrated ability.
• Generating Marketing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Must be able to run ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
• Analyse website traffic and social media engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as needed.
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Capability to do basic graphic designing
• Must provide visualized suggestions and ideations with the animation team for course creation and for creating posters/brochures/other marketing creatives.
• Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Should possess Digital marketing certification
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in social media marketing, Ads optimization, content creation, and website marketing and traffic
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with the logistics industry (a plus
