Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Digital Marketing Executive cum Admission Counselor to join our growing Design College to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
Will be a part of our admission team
Responsible for maintaining our brand's online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns.
Google Ads and so on.
Able to do multitasking by handling the admissions as well.
Should have strong convincing and communication skills in English, Hindi & Local Languages.
Should be well versed in MS Office.
Good Team player.
Following up with potential Students and enrolling them for various courses and closing Sales.
Following up on Payments.
MIS report.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Bachelor's degree or higher in digital marketing field
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
