Digital Marketing Executive
Experience required: Minimum 3 years experience, preferably agency
Location: Falkirk/hybrid
Crunchy Carrots, based in Falkirk, is hitting a really exciting period of growth, with an ever-expanding client base, and definitive ambitions to be the digital marketing agency of choice in Scotland for SMEs.
What does that mean? Well, we’re looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to our Marketing Team, who can support our clients’ growth plans by delivering creative, on-brand marketing strategies.
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll have your own accounts to proactively manage, and with the support of the Head of Marketing (and the rest of our friendly team!) you’ll run with each marketing strategy on a day-to-day basis. That means pitching new ideas, growing brand awareness and social media channels, and understanding your clients so you can tailor their marketing to their business objectives.

This job is all about working alongside a team of great people in our new office in Falkirk.
We’re pretty flexible and offer hybrid working, but if working from home 5 days per week is your preference, this isn’t the right job for you (it’s just good to be upfront about this stuff).
We’re a close team and we are built to collaborate, share the good with the bad, and understand each other’s pain and passions. We ask that the person in this role has the drive to support our portfolio of brilliant clients, share best practices, and be an excellent team player.
Your skills
We’re looking for someone who can spin plates and juggle clients and never miss a beat - in other words, you’ve got at least 2-3 years of agency experience.
You’ll be responsible for social media content creation, from design through to copy, so you’ll have a decent design eye and an instinct for tone of voice. You can take a marketing strategy and translate it into engaging tactical content, understanding the customer journey.
We have clients across a wide range of sectors including trade and construction, retail and hospitality, sports, and IT, so if you can demonstrate your experience across a range of industries, so much the better!
Key responsibilities
• Take a marketing strategy and turn it into ongoing effective content
• Ideate, design, and write all social media content
• Deliver regular analytics and reporting to clients
• Manage clients on a day-to-day basis
• Be aware of and jump on trends
• Create varied marketing collateral on request
• Write regular newsletters for clients
• Be organised, proactive and full of ideas

• You’re a team player, sharing your knowledge and skills with the team, and be open and ready to learn too
• You’re an organisational wizard, planning your work to fit within our client service level agreements (SLA’s) and ensure client budgets
• You’re focused on building brilliant client relationships, representing the Crunchy Carrots brand at all times
