Any Graduate or Post Graduate with Certified Marketing Course
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Customer Complaints and customer query.
Diagnoses equipment problems and repairing at service department.
Performs calibrations relevant to assigned customer base independently.
Coordinates and conducts installation and maintenance activities.
Implements the operational & Field Service.
Skills:
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Must have practical technical knowledge
Willing to travel extensively PAN
