POSITION – Digital marketing Associate
ROLE – Individual Contributor
DIVISION/VERTICAL – Marketing
WORK LOCATION – Gurgaon
QUALIFICATION – B.Tech/B.C.A/MBA or any Marketing Degree
SALARY PACKAGE – Depends upon the skillset and interview
NOTICE PERIOD – Can join at the earliest
About Role:-
We are looking for Digital Marketing Associate, who can manage our online campaigning, and leverage our digital presence.
Key Responsibility
• Strategize, Conceptualize, plan and execute campaigns to generate B2B leads & conversions.
• Own and execute these campaigns using direct customer channels such as Email, Linkedin, etc
• Develop and generate new concepts and communication for the respective campaigns
• Conduct experiments & A/B test new concepts/communication to generate learnings that can be scaled for upcoming campaigns to meet business objectives
• Maintain and publish performance dashboards - campaign level, cohort level, channel level -
• Good hands-on experience of using HubSpot, Sales Navigator etc.
Key Requirement
• 3-6 years relevant experience in a data-driven marketing function.
• Analytical bent of mind, comfortable with crunching numbers and turning them into actionable insights that help make focused decisions
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have a growth mindset with the ability to test+ learn new concepts quickly so as to meet business objectives
• Relevant CRM, Campaign Management experience in an SaaS company preferred
• Strong stakeholder & project management skills required - PG/MBA in Marketing
• Immediate joiners would be preferred
