Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a good experience with Indian brands. They should cater to the Indian market especially, their sensibilities and interests. We want someone who can work with small budgets and bring the best results out of it. We want someone who can ‘Run the Ads’ while we will provide you with all the creatives and copies necessary for it. The candidate should have a good understanding of platform policies and updates and avoid any bans or restrictions. Having a good sense of buyer profiles, targeting and strategy will be very crucial in this role.
Responsibilities
• You are to run ads on the following:
• Google Search Ads
• Google Display Ads
• Facebook Ads
• Run Ads on Tertiary platforms like (If required)
• Adsterra
• Propeller
• Taboola
• Clickadu, etc.
• Perform competitor analysis. Understand their user base and their advertising techniques. Present the same well for clients to understand.
• Create detailed roadmaps, both short and long term, highlighting the goals, ad spend, expected returns, etc.
• Deploy the ads, monitor them closely and make adjustments to bring maximum value with minimum spend.
• Actively communicate on progress and provide weekly and monthly reports in a thorough manner.
• Coordinate with creative team for supply of right copies, posters and videos. Specify your needs clearly, provide references and coordinate on its completion.
Qualifications
• Proven working experience in digital marketing (3-6 Years)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Good understanding of user behaviour to cater the right ads to them
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Skilled with office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Having creative and good presentation skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
