Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist who is growth oriented with 2-5 years of experience spanning SEO, SEM, SMM, E-mail, Content Marketing, Push marketing, Affiliate marketing, Lead generation and other related Digital Marketing initiatives. Aspirant should have considerable knowledge and experience in lead generation on various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels in line with business priorities.
• Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms.
• Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted.
• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & twitter.
• Assist in content & design of mailers for email campaigns
• Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
• Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating daily, weekly & monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.

Key Skills:
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Knowledge and passion for SEO. Familiarity with WordPress CMS.
• Experience in lead generation activity through various channels.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and ability to work independently.
• Track the growth and the impact of social media on our business.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast changing environment
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel
• Canva or Photoshop Experience is added advantage
• Graduate with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
