Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and SEO.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team, and making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and increase customer retention.
• Conduct keyword research and create PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase website engagement and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new technologies and platforms that could be used to improve campaign performance.
• Participate in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B & B2C environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
