Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and SEO.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to the marketing team, and making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and increase customer retention.
Conduct keyword research and create PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase website engagement and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new technologies and platforms that could be used to improve campaign performance.
Participate in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, working closely with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are on-brand and on-message.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B & B2C environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
This is a full-time position, and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
