Job description We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1 year of experience to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats. 2. Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Manage budget allocation, bid strategy, and targeting to maximize ROI. Requirements: 1 year experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads having a higher budget. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role. Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
