Key responsibilities:
1. Analyze the company's presence on social media and extract actionable insights to improve the brand's presence
2. Oversee and manage social media calendar, email marketing campaigns, advertising & retargeting initiatives & online events
3. Create social media campaigns to meet specific objectives like improving brand presence, generating leads, and engaging current & prospective employees
4. Present weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports on the progress of different social media channels
5. Assist the chief marketing officer in day-to-day marketing & branding functions
Requirements:
1. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms like Meta, Instagram, Twitter, and others
2. Hands-on experience in designing & executing email campaigns, social media calendars, near ads, meta ads, & retargeting campaigns
3. Deep understanding of social media analytics and ability to infer meaningful, actionable insight
4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for varied audiences
5. Ability to create presentation decks, creating SOPs, and other necessary documentation to streamline social media activities
