About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification: Research, identify, and qualify potential leads interested in accounts co-sourcing and outsourcing using various methods, including email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other relevant tools.
2. Customized Outreach: Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages and campaigns to engage with prospects effectively.
3. Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads by providing valuable information, and answering inquiries.
4. Database Management: Keep lead databases organized, accurate, and up-to-date for ongoing campaigns and outreach.
5. Achieve Lead Generation Targets: Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets and objectives as set by the company.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, provide regular reports, and update management on progress.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the management to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, particularly for the services sector.
3. Proven track record of generating high-quality leads that convert into potential clients.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with leads.
5. Familiarity with email marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
6. Experience working in the IT or digital solutions industry is a significant advantage.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
