A network of design, high-quality student accommodations, Union Living is establishing a network of student accommodations. With fully-furnished rooms and communal spaces accommodating student needs that have been researched in-depth, we aim to localize student residences varying from different colleges, the short-term focus being the Navi Mumbai market. The ideal notion is to render the best service at a cheaper price.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage a variety of events, including workshops, mental and physical health events, and music and arts events, to bring the community together and provide unique experiences.
2. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of belonging by building strong relationships with residents, understanding their needs, and actively listening to their feedback and concerns.
3. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure residents receive the highest level of customer service by addressing their queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
4. Brand Collaborations and Sponsorships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses and organizations for sponsorships and collaborations that enhance the community experience.
5. Content Creation: Create engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, and blogs, to promote events and showcase the vibrant community at Union Co-living.
6. Networking: Expand your network within the local community to attract new residents, and develop relationships with professionals and organizations that can contribute to the community's growth.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred.
3. Proven experience in event management, preferably in a co-living, hospitality, or community-driven environment.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
5. Creative mindset and ability to ideate and execute innovative events and experiences.
6. Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
7. Demonstrated ability to secure sponsorships and collaborate with brands.
8. High energy, extroverted, and enthusiastic personality.
+. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate events.
