Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and generate leads for the business.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans and campaigns that drive online traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions
• Manage and optimize the company's website, blog, and social media presence to increase engagement and drive brand awareness
• Create and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage with current and potential customers
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all digital channels
• Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization
• Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and continuously evaluate and improve the company's digital marketing strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize digital marketing initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and compelling way
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
• A passion for staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
