Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals and objectives
Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and website optimization
Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, target audiences, and opportunities for growth
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing messaging and campaigns
Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing, and website optimization
Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
