About the Internship:
We are looking for a social media manager and strategist to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with 0-1 year of experience in the field of social media marketing (SMM) and social media optimization (SMO). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and how to use them to reach and engage target audiences. They will also have experience developing and executing social media marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
2. Create and schedule engaging social media content, including posts, images, videos, and other relevant materials
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels, ensuring timely and appropriate communication with our audience
4. Conduct research to identify trends, topics, and opportunities for content creation and engagement
5. Assist in the development of social media analytics reports to track performance, identify key metrics, and make recommendations for improvement
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for social media campaigns, promotions, and contests
7. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategies are innovative and effective
8. Monitor and report on competitor activities and social media trends to maintain a competitive edge
