Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a strong focus on Google Ads to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive successful ad campaigns, enhance our online presence, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and design compelling ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Performance Analysis:
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and overall effectiveness.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to measure and analyze web traffic and conversions.
Budget Management:
• Manage and optimize the advertising budget to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Forecast and allocate budgets for various campaigns and initiatives.
Competitor Analysis:
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven track record of successful Google Ads campaigns with quantifiable results.
Skills:
• Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Additional skills you have: (Not mandatory)
• Google Ads Certification.
• Experience with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
