Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies that reflect client tone and brand value.

Work on ecommerce clients for product management and promotion.

Participate in content brainstorming sessions.

Coordinate content marketing activities with in-house and external PR teams.

Create project briefs for copywriters and designers.

Plan, write, and outreach guest posts with SEO team guidance.

Support digital marketing team with project organization.

Oversee email marketing strategies, working with creative team to create templates and eshots.

Conduct in-depth content audits using SEMrush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and more.

Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies with Head of Digital.

Assist project managers and New Business team with ideas for proposals and pitches.

Perform competitor and market analysis.

Support content marketing strategies.

Stay up-to-date with current digital trends.

Ensure emails integrate with websites.

Produce engaging copy for digital communications.

Record and analyze email marketing statistics, providing regular campaign performance reports.

Gather, analyze, and interpret continuous intelligence, including industry trends and competitor activity.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required

Experience using email marketing tools like Mailchimp and Hubspot.

Ability to work within a team and independently.

Fluent written and spoken English essential.

Knowledge of and interest in digital marketing.

Excellent content writing skills.

Attention to detail with ability to spot gaps.

Strong analytical skills.

Proactive and professional attitude to work and continuous professional development.

Well-organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingsness to learn other digital marketing areas.

Ability to create clear design briefs.
