Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our account management team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with clients, maintaining client satisfaction, and identifying profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, client services/client management in the digital marketing space, and knowledge/experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Web Builds. They will also possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive and can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for clients and provide customer service within your assigned portfolio.
Develop and grow relationships with all client stakeholders.
Maintain client satisfaction via service levels and anticipate customer needs.
On-board new clients, and present company documentation for client onboarding and reporting.
Manage, communicate, and present project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios.
