Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, Social media, Content Writing ,Email Marketing, WordPress and Content strategy. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement while analyzing performance metrics to ensure ROl.
Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor/manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing).
• SEO & Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve organic search rankings.
• WordPress Development: Manage and develop websites on the WordPress platform.
• Paid Advertising: Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels to maximize conversions.
• Social Media Management and Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, automation workflows, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A/B test landing pages, CTAs, and ads to improve performance.
• Marketing Automation: Utilize tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms for lead generation and nurturing.
• Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead.
• Design marketing content like posters and videos for promotional content/ product insight, logos etc. Photo and Video editing.
• Preform any other tasks assigned by the management which maybe considered important for sales and marketing activities.
Key Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience (Mandatory) in a Digital Marketing & WordPress preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field.
• Knowledge in content creation and required/essential Software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam, Arabic is a plus.
