JOB VACANCY: Digital Marketing Executive

We at EAP-India located in Andheri-Mumbai, partner with corporates to offer innovative Employee Assistance Programs. Our vision is to provide evidence-based professional psychological services that promote positive work communities throughout India and beyond.
We're a rapidly growing startup, emerging as a prominent service provider for Employee Assistance Programs in India. We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated team member, who not only understands the importance of mental health but is committed to using their current skill set to be a part of EAP-India’s vision.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Position: FULL-TIME
Work Hours: 11 AM T0 6 PM Work Type: REMOTE
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid ads).
· Plan, manage, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
· Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
· Handle budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Language: Marathi and English (Mandatory)
Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing and project management.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads (Mandatory), SEO, and email marketing tools.
Analytical Abilities: Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Soft Skills: Powerful speaker, prioritize stakeholder management and value effective time management.
