Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our electrical products and services, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive marketing strategies.
Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, blog posts, social media, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Manage and optimize company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Utilize social media platforms to build and engage with a strong online community, increasing brand visibility and driving traffic to the website.
Implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the electrical industry to ensure a competitive edge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the electrical industry or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics.
Familiarity with industry-specific digital platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and industry forums.
Proficient in using marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
