Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns (includes tracking and designing appropriate campaign structure, creative ad development/approval, monitoring campaign performance and making necessary adjustments).
Manage Social Media presence (design , build and maintain) along with potentially AD buying.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs):
Campaign analysis includes the design, execution, and analysis of AB tests, applying knowledge of basic statistics to assess validity of results.
Ensuring alignment and relevance of all creative / communication to customer needs.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience and provide campaign development support.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements Of The Role
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Academics
Graduate or higher from a reputed and known University
Work Experience
Should have minimum of 3 years experience in the Digital Marketing Domain
