Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Manage Ad Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
- Analyze and Report Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to the team.
- Optimize Campaigns: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve desired KPIs.
Budget Management: Effectively manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Audience Targeting: Utilize audience insights and targeting strategies to reach the right audience and drive conversions.
- Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the company's advertising strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook, Google, and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ad management platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
