The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Coordination:
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Content Creation:
• Support the creation of digital content, including blog posts, social media updates email newsletters, and website content.
• Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop engaging and relevant content.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for search engines.
• Social Media Management:
• Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance.
• Email Marketing:
• Coordinate the design, content, and distribution of email marketing campaigns.
• Manage email lists, segment audiences, and track campaign performance.
• Optimize email marketing campaigns based on performance metrics.
• SEO and SEM:
• Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
• Support the management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Compile regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with other departments, such as sales and product development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain digital marketing calendars and schedules.
• Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
