We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketer with expertise in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Proficiency in utilizing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify is essential for this role
Responsibilities:)
1.Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for Fitspire’s products to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. 2. Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns, leveraging audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management to drive traffic and conversions. 3. Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and drive qualified traffic to the website. 4. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. 5. Create compelling ad copies and engaging visual assets to maximize ad performance and optimize click-through rates (CTRs) and conversion rates.6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), and return on investment (ROI), and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results. 7. Continuously test and optimize campaign elements, including ad formats, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies, to improve overall campaign performance and achieve KPIs. 8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards to ensure the adoption of innovative strategies and tactics. +. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives. 10. Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels using Google Analytics or similar tools to identify areas of improvement and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. 11. Maintain and update product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions. 12. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and digital marketing activities to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus. 2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer in the FMCG industry, with a strong track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving ROAS targets. . In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify. 4. Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising, social media marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and derive actionable insights from campaign data and performance metrics. 6. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms. 7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive ad copies and effectively communicate campaign results and insights. 8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. +.
